Aluminium pallets form the underside of the roof tile. For every manufactured roof tile, an alumimium pallet is needed. Most importantly, the aluminium pallets should have enough stability to withstand the extreme pressure needed to produce concrete roof tiles, and this over many years of daily use.

Stability is the key
The upper side of the pallet not only forms the underside of the roof tile, but also determines the stability of the roof tile itself. The ribbing on the underside of the pallet determines the stability of the pallet. In both cases, optimised ribbing allows for maximum weight reduction without sacrificing the strength of the pallet or roof tile respectively.

Using precision measuring devices and specially programmed simulations, the pallets are thoroughly tested before going into series production.
