Our smallest concrete roof tile plant can manufacture up to 8 roof tiles/minute. The raw materials processing and extrusion system are operated manually. For the supply of the fresh concrete into the extrusion system, a conveyor belt is supplied. The entire handling of the concrete roof tiles is carried out by hand, which can be enhanced using racks and a forklift.
The concrete roof tiles are coated once wet-side and after curing in chambers, they are placed on conveying equipment for depalleting. Packing is done by hand.
This concrete roof tile plant can be used to produce accessories as well as being a great start for emerging markets.
