The small production plant for big demands
This concrete roof tile plant can produce up to 20 concrete roof tiles/minute. Raw materials processing is carried out by hand. For the supply of the fresh concrete into the extrusion system, a conveyor belt is supplied. The production line is set up so that the aluminium pallets only have to be taken off the line once, which occurs when they are placed in the curing chambers. The necessary handling is carried out by hand, which can be enhanced with racks and a forklift. The concrete roof tiles are coated once wet-side and after curing in chambers, they are placed on conveying equipment for depalleting. Packing is carried out by hand.
