Wear Parts

Wear parts are those which have direct contact to the concrete and therefore exposed to high levels of wear. Additives such as sand or flue dust are mostly responsible for high wear because of their abrasiveness.

The wear parts consist mostly of:

• Roller
• Profile disc
• Slipper
• Profile shaping device
• Cutting blade

These components are made of a special wear resistant steel grade. This material has proven itself to be longlasting and noncorrosive and therefore very economical.
We can offer types based on your exemplar or verbal agreement. The precise machining of the wear parts is carried out here on the premesis. The slipper and cutting blade can be re-machined (regenerated) several times.
