Handling Systems

In a fully automatic concrete roof tile production plant, the handling system plays an extremely important role. In order to handle the freshly extruded concrete roof tiles, a handling system must be gentle and fast at the same time. That's why handling systems have to meet very high demands. In a production plant that operates at 150 cycles/minute, the concrete roof tiles are moving at a speed of approx. 1m/s. Therefore, controlling the handling system must also meet the highest demands. Our systems comply with only the highest standards. Most importantly, one must be certain where and what kind of handling system best meets the task at hand.

Handling systems are most often used in the following areas:

• Transport of aluminium pallets, supporting frames or collecting racks and concrete roof tiles
• Loading and unloading of collecting racks by means of an elevator and pushing devices
• De-palleting the cured concrete roof tiles from the aluminium pallets
• Packing area with stacking or lining up the concrete roof tile packages, strapping or shrink wrapping, turning etc.
